Due to coffee being a food product, we can not offer returns.
However, We can offer refunds/replacements under these circumstances:
1. Customer receives any coffee other than what they ordered.
2. Customer receives any grind of coffee other than what they ordered.
3. Customer receives someone else’s coffee.
4. Coffee was damaged during shipment.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please use the contact form and we will try to help you the best we can. Refunds for any other reason will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
